Tell us about your business:

We are a b2b company which aims to connect merchants and resellers to help each other in fostering growth.

Who is your target audience?

People who would like to build their own business.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

Starting [ADEAZ Enterprise], taking the first step. Now, we have about 10 merchants (and growing) trusting us to boost the sales of their products thru our Resellers’ Network.

What makes your business story unique?

It’s unique [because] it’s local. Also, we’re not aiming for the pesos alone but more so for the people we help every day.

How did you know when you had the right idea?

Adeaz was a brainchild of myself and Marj (Bulahan). We were just toying with the ideas, then it hit us. You’ll know it’s right when you can’t stop talking about it.

What are some of the mistakes you wished you could’ve avoided?

Being easily swayed by other ideas. Focus is important.

What are the things that help you stay organized throughout the day and get time for everyone and everything?

I have a planner. I had one ever since. I write my meetings, tasks, etc. The writing imprints it in my mind.

To what do you attribute your success?

I guess [I can attribute my success] to [my] tenacity, to keep on pursuing… Of course, [also] trusting everything to His direction.

Can you recollect any funny kid-work balancing stories?

I remember days when my then toddler was yanking the phone from me when I was with a client because he wanted to watch Barney!

Any recommendations to Moms who dream about being entrepreneurs, but just can’t get started?

You don’t have to start big. Start from doing something you love. If it’s a hobby like crafts or cooking, maybe you could sell your finished products. Be a problem solver. If there’s no one selling rice in your area, then that’s an opportunity for you [to solve a problem]!
